Fair Play Vouchers

Do you have a Fair Play Voucher?

Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers.

Maryborough Hockey is a registered activity provider.  So if you have a voucher you can use it when you register your child for hockey.  This means that your fees will be reduced by $150, and you will only have to pay the balance.  You can use your voucher on the following Payments options:

• 2024 Juniors 16-18 Full Fee
• 2024 Juniors 13-15 Full Fee
• 2024 Juniors 10-12 Full Fee
• 2023 Tomahawk Full Fee (HQ & HA fees are payable on checkout.) We will refund those fees if required.

Here's how to claim your discount when you are ready to register:

1. Determine which Payment option is required

2. Provide your voucher to the MDHA or your Club (email or paper copy)

3. Discount code will be provided once voucher is received

4. Commence Registration process, insert Discount Code and click "Apply".  This will generate the reduction to fees.

5. Click "Next Step", complete registration and pay the balance of the fees.
