As a player representing the MDHA the following conditions will apply. You must:

make yourself available for all selection trials. Selectors to be advised if unable to attend as non-attendance may jeopardise your chance of selection.
advise the selectors of any concerns with illness and injury.
be honest in your attitude and preparation to training. Work equally hard for yourself and your team.
co-operate with coaches and staff during the selection trials and abide by the Code of Conduct
