The Fraser Coast will be nomininating a Men's Team to play in the HQ State Championships will be held in Brisbane at State Hockey Centre Colmslie from 30 April-2 May 2022.

• Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted at the discretion of the Fraser Coast Selectors
• Payment of the nomination fee of $75 is required and will be refunded if not selected
• You will receive an email confirming your nomination has been successful
