How good are these blokes?

26/04/17: A number of our men did us proud at the O50s State Championships on the Anzac Day long weekend in Townsville. Fraser Coast and Ipswich played in the Plate Final with scores locked at 1-1 at full time. After 4 days of hockey they decided that they just couldn't do shoot outs (not sure why as they are a fit bunch) so they shared being winners. Well done boys! Fraser Coast Rep - NOMINATE NOW

25/04/17: Nominations for U18 and U13s are open and teams will be selected to compete at the State Championships. Nominations are via paper form and this is available on 'Rep - Fraser Coast' menu. Any Fraser Coast Rep information will be posted when it comes to hand on this menu so continue to watch this. NOMINATIONS CLOSE 5PM SUNDAY 30 APRIL so make sure you nominate now.

Masters Women Mbro Rep

25/04/17: Masters Women are asked to nominate online now. Two Mbro teams will be selected to compete at the State Cships in Gympie from Fri 21 - Sun 23 July. The No 1 team is in Div 1 and the No 2 in Div 4. These women have a great time and they also play some pretty good hockey too. If you turn 35yrs you are eligible. 2017 Fixture Book now out

22/04/17: The draw for the entire season is now complete. Go to 'Playing' menu then 'Draw and Umpires' to download the Fixture Book. Umpires for the year have not been included as they are allocated on a weekly basis and posted on the Website each week. Did you also know that full results and stats of games are maintained and can be seen under the 'Playing' menu then 'Competition' tab? Check out now how you team is going.

Goalkeeping Sessions have started

19/04/17: Jeff Daley's goalkeeping sessions have begun. Junior and new keepers 4-5pm Tuesday afternoons. Advanced keepers 3:30pm – 5pm Wednesdays on the turf. Sessions to be held each week from April 18. These sessions cater for all abilities and all are welcome.

Shae and Anniston off to Hobart

16/04/17: Good luck to Shae and Anniston who head to Hobart to compete at the U18 National Championship in the Qld No 2 team in Hobart. Both these girls are only 15 and to be selected in the U18 team is an amazing effort. The MDHA wishes these girls all the best and we are sure they will do Maryborough proud. Happy Easter Break to everyone

13/04/17: The start of the season has been very disrupted due to the drought then the wet. After the Easter Break it will be back to normal with the grass fields and turf being open to fixtures and club trainings. The MDHA appreciates everyone's understanding with these disruptions and we wish everyone a happy and safe Easter and look forward to a great 2017 season. The next fixtures will be the U17s and Masters Men on Wednesday 19 April. Go to 'Draw & Umpires' for the next couple of weeks fixtures.
